Fisher GW57 Right Angle Drive

The all new Fisher GW57 is an extremely compact and robust design with gear housing cast from grade 14 grey cast iron.

The GW57 is oil filled to the level that ensures ample lubrication to all parts of the box when mounted on any of four machined mounting faces.

A hollow output shaft is standard and a large range of output speeds is achieved through a two stage reduction.  The first stage is a set of heat treated EN 19 precision cut gears.  The second is the wheel which provides the right angle drive.

Generously sized precision anti-friction bearings are used.  These are high capacity taper roller thrust bearings on the worm and large ball bearings on the output shaft.  The output bearings are laterally adjustable to obtain correct action between worm and wheel.

The unit is supplied sealed and fitted with a standard 3 ph motor, from 71 to 100 frame to suit the power capacity of the ratio supplied.
